To develop an effective Google Maps Marketing strategy, it is crucial to leverage all available tools, features, and resources to optimize your business presence on Google Maps. This goes beyond simply aiming for top map results; it involves delivering the best user experience on this off-site platform, just as you prioritize onsite factors. Enhancing user engagement and driving traffic from Google Maps increases your visibility for relevant search queries.

PRIOR CONDITIONS

  1. The client ensures the absence of duplicate sites, duplicate content or pages, redirects, or doorway pages.
  2. The client affirms that no requests for link exchanges with link farms or engagement in any spamming techniques detrimental to the website’s ranking with Google have been made.
  3. While we cannot provide a 100% guarantee for specific search engine results, traffic increases, or sales, resulting from the SEO campaign, we commit to our efforts to drive positive outcomes.
  4. All fees are payable in advance and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  5. If the client modifies the optimized pages created by Graygraph or fails to implement our recommended changes, any guarantees offered will become void immediately.
  6. Graygraph adheres to a strictly ethical SEO policy and reserves the right to void any guarantees if it is discovered that the client has engaged in undesirable actions (spamming) according to search engines. Examples include:

ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIFIC RIGHTS

To receive professional SEO services, the client agrees to provide the following:
  1. Grant Graygraph FTP and other back-end administrative access to the website for on-page optimization purposes.
  2. Permission to communicate directly with any relevant third parties, such as the web designer, if necessary.
  3. Full access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
  4. Client authorization for Graygraph to use all client logos, trademarks, website images, content, etc., for the creation of articles and any other necessary uses in search engine optimization.
  5. If the client’s site lacks textual content, the client will provide additional text content in electronic format to create additional or richer web pages. Graygraph can generate site content at an additional cost if desired by the client.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
During and after the contract period, the client agrees to maintain the strictest confidence and trust in all confidential information belonging to Graygraph to which the client has access. The client will not use or disclose such confidential information without the written consent of Graygraph. The client also agrees not to publicly attack or criticize Graygraph, its employees, associates, or partners on forums, blogs, social networks, or any public platforms during or after the contract period. Similarly, the client agrees not to seek SEO advice on forums, blogs, community groups, or any social media platforms in a manner that tarnishes the reputation of Graygraph or its employees, associates, or partners. In the event of a breach of the non-disclosure agreement, the client agrees to compensate Graygraph for reasonable damages.
TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
This contract terminates when all specified obligations have been fulfilled. It may also end if either party breaches the contract and decides to cancel it. The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement or if it becomes impossible to fulfil the obligations due to man-made calamities (riots, acts of terrorism, war, etc.) or natural disasters (such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc.). Contracts can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 30 days.
COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
While Graygraph retains copyright protection for all materials, information, and publications (referred to as “Website Information”) posted on this website, Graygraph permits normal downloading, copying, and distribution of the information for non-commercial purposes by you or within your organization only. By accepting this permission, you agree to retain all copyright and proprietary notices on copies of the Website Information and refrain from modifying it in any way. Except where your use qualifies as “fair use” under copyright law, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or distribute any Website Information, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Graygraph.
Graygraph does not provide prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period. Likewise, it is the customer’s responsibility to evaluate Graygraph, including its features, limitations, and process requirements, before selecting any Paid Plan. Graygraph will not issue refunds to customers based on their lack of understanding of the process requirements or the presence of compatibility issues, including insufficient content or inconsistency. The client acknowledges that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients acknowledge that all subscription fees are automatically charged at regular intervals until they cancel their subscription. Clients can cancel their subscription by sending an email at least three days before the next billing date. A confirmation email receipt will be sent to acknowledge the cancellation. Please note that you are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription properly. You must email [email protected] and cc your respective project manager at least three days before the payment due date.
REFUND POLICY
All Graygraph subscriptions, under the chosen plan, are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for any months.
